Projected Playoff Maps

The map-brackets on the following page contain projected district pairings for MHSAA football playoffs.
A new set of projections will be posted each week, after the MHSAA posts results for that week's games.

Unless otherwise noted, the 256 teams are chosen based on "if the playoffs began today."
The teams currently on pace to clinch playoff berths are included. These are not predictions.
They are snapshots of where teams currently stand and where they could end up for the playoffs.

Please see the Week 8.5 Notes below. The "Favorites Win" projections are done differently than all others.

Teams included in the FINAL Week 9 projections are the actual playoff teams for each division.
The pairings are not official, and they are not predictions on how MHSAA will pair the teams.
They reflect my own opinion on how the districts should be drawn.

Week 8.5 Notes:	The teams included in these projections were determined by assuming all of the "favorites"
"Favorites Win"	win in week 9. The favorites were chosen by a computer formula developed by AuldSchool,
	who has logged many hours hunting down schedules, making sure data is correct, answering
	"what if" questions by fans from around the state, and presenting information clearly.

	Team Wins, Losses, and POP values are estimated values, assuming all favorites win.
